Frozen looking ROW Town Councillors Jon Kelly and Neil Stelling are pictured supporting one of the excellent guided works organised by the Lindow Landscape Partnership  to review the work on Lindow Cut Over Bog. The weather was a bit sharp !

Jon said “people  will have seen the works carried out on the bog. They are part of the restoration works aimed at creating habitat of various kinds with different water levels . Even the works to date have seen improvement in the biodiversity and there have for instance been a big increase in the numbers of wintering Snipe. The science behind the scheme is really outstanding.”
