DAVID JEFFERAY

Born and raised in Wilmslow, David is very well known and respected among the community.

Originally a Chartered Mechanical Engineer in the
nuclear industry, he has since followed his passion and is now a professional dog trainer.

David was first elected as a town councillor in 2014 and has been a Cheshire East councillor since 2019.
He regularly speaks for the town on Cheshire East’s Planning committees. He also wants to ensure Wilmslow is not forced again to build such a high level of new housing, when the new Local Plan takes shape in the next four years.

He also wants to improve local parking and Romany’s Garden by the Library. He will also ensure the new Ward Highways fund is put to good use to improve
local roads and markings.
